Your First visit...
Your initial appointment will primarily involve a consultation during which we will discuss your diagnosis and explore potential treatment options. Depending on your specific dental needs, it may be possible to initiate treatment on the same day as the consultation. However, if your medical history or treatment requirements are complex, a second appointment may be necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
To facilitate a smooth first visit, we kindly request that you bring the following items with you:

Any previous X-rays* (digital or hard copy), CBCT scans if applicable.

A detailed list of all the medications you are currently taking. (Please alert our staff/ doctors if you have a medical condition/ on medication that maybe a concern prior to treatment)

To save your time in the dental clinic- please feel free to fill our CASE HISTORY form beforehand and bring a printout for your first visit or email them to us at ismiledentacare@gmail.com

At our practice, we prioritize your comfort and well-being throughout your dental treatment. To enhance your experience, we offer you the option to select music of your choice to listen to during your procedure. If you have a specific preference, please inform us ahead of time, and we'll gladly play your preferred music during your appointment. Additionally, we provide orthopedic pillows to support your back and neck, ensuring your utmost comfort during your treatment. Your comfort is our priority, and we're committed to making your visit as pleasant as possible.
